The Women’s Wellness Workshop is a place where women can heal through connections with other women. This is not therapy; however, it provides a place where connection is prioritized. We know that we often feel alone and our pain is not talked about in our families or among our friends. Topics include understanding your emotional needs, identifying your pain points and creating healthy relationships.

The workshop teaches you how to function with life changes, identify your strengths and needs to include an action plan. We will address self-esteem, self-care, relationship patterns and self-awareness. This group is in a safe and confidential environment. There are opportunities to participate in a one day in-person workshop or two 90-minute virtual workshops.
